I think that adding just a few highlights would of made this look allot better.
Plus, the eyes look a bit off, did you use any reference?

mirror reference mostly, although some photo to keep the look. And its difficult to add super bright highlights once the page is toned, you can never get it quite back to white, but yeah a few brighter spots couldn't hurt.

Great colors, but I think the water looks flat. It looks more like ice than water.

I hate to be the snob that tells you this, but the proportions are WAY of.
The legs are to big and the head is too small, unless this was somehow intentional, I suggest you take some anatomy lessons.

Is this digital or traditional? If traditional then what kind of materials are ya using?

nope, its digital. but i tried to make it look like my traditional pieces (which i never get around to scanning) that are done on brown paper, with stark inking, and a white charcoal pencil for highlights
